Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced HR Attendance Systems Project Manager to lead and coordinate the delivery of HR and time & attendance system initiatives for a key client. This role requires strong stakeholder management skills, hands-on project leadership, and close collaboration with both IT and HR teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of HR and attendance system projects

• Manage project scope, timelines, budget, risks, and dependencies

• Act as the primary point of contact between HR, IT, and external vendors

• Coordinate internal and external teams to ensure successful project execution

• Drive system implementation, enhancements, and process improvements

• Ensure clear communication, reporting, and governance throughout the project life cycle

• Support change management and user adoption activities

Key Skills & Experience Required

• 8+ years of Project Management experience

• Proven experience delivering HR and/or Attendance Systems projects

• Strong background managing cross-functional IT and HR teams

• Experience working with internal stakeholders and external vendors

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills

• Ability to work onsite and collaborate closely with business teams
