HR Assistant: Frontline People & Onboarding Support

Denbighshire County Council is seeking an HR Assistant to provide first-line HR support to employees and managers across the Authority, including school-based staff. You will guide day-to-day HR queries and assist with the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to leavers.

You will ensure accurate records, support recruitment checks, and work with HR systems to maintain data and documentation in a timely manner.
