HR Assistant: End-to-End Recruitment & Onboarding

MCS Group is seeking an HR Assistant to support the full employee lifecycle and take ownership of recruitment from advert to onboarding. You will also help with engagement initiatives, HR records, and smooth HR processes across the business.

The role offers a varied, hands-on experience in HR within a well-established manufacturing business, with opportunities to develop through recruitment and HR projects. A CIPD qualification or progress toward it is advantageous.
