We're looking for a motivated HR Assistant who thrives on supporting people and creating positive workplace experiences.
You'll be a key role in supporting the HR function at DoubleTree by Hilton London - West End, working alongside our Cluster Assistant HR Manager and General Manager to support the full employee journey-from hiring to engagement and everything in between.
What You'll Bring- Experience in an HR generalist role
- Knowledge of UK employment law
- Background in hospitality (a big plus!)
- Proficiency with MS Office and HR systems
- Friendly, organised, and solution focused approach
- CIPD qualified or working towards it
- Be the go-to person for day to day HR support
- Guide managers and colleagues with empathy and accuracy
- Support recruitment, onboarding & engagement activities
- Help resolve employee relations matters
- Keep records organised and support with HR projects
