Job Description

As we continue to expand our global presence, we are seeking a dedicated HR Assistant to join our team and contribute to our success.

As an HR Assistant at AV Flexologic B.V. you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR Department's day-to-day operations. This position is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to gain exposure to various HR functions in an international setting.


Key responsibilities:


  • Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating job postings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews and other communication with candidates.
  • Support onboarding and induction plans for new employees.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR database.
  • Coordinate employee training and development programs.
  • Support the performance evaluation process and follow-up.
  • Handle routine HR administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, registration and correspondence.
  • Assist with the payroll administration.
  • Help organize company events and team-building events.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide information on HR policies and procedures.
  • Register sickness reporting.
  • Other HR related ad-hoc tasks.


What are we looking for:


  • Has MBO-4 / HBO level of work and thinking, preferably in HRM or P&O.
  • Have 0-2 years of relevant experience in a similar HR position.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Good communication skills in Dutch and English.
