The Opportunity We are creating a new HR & Reward Analyst role to strengthen our data, reporting and analytics capability within UK HR Shared Services, based in Leeds. This role is highly data focused and will play a critical part in enabling evidence based decision making across rewards, headcount, workforce composition and compliance. You'll work closely with our Pension & Benefits Specialist, HRBPs, Finance, Payroll and global stakeholders, supporting multiple transformational projects underway across the business. Your main responsibilities: Produce, maintain and enhance headcount reports, workforce dashboards and people analytics. Lead analysis and reporting on gender pay gaps and other statutory and internal reporting requirements. Identify data trends, risks and insights across the UK workforce. Support the set up and ongoing optimisation of a benefits platform, ensuring data accuracy and alignment. Provide analytical support for reward initiatives, benchmarking and workforce planning. Work in partnership with the Pension & Benefits Specialist, with this role retaining ownership of data, reporting and insight rather than scheme administration. Analyse workforce and reward data across three multiple legal entities, providing insights to support alignment and consistency. Contribute to wider HR transformation projects, supporting continuous improvement within Shared Services. To succeed in this role, you will need: Strong experience in an HR data, rewards, analytics or reporting role. Advanced Excel skills (e.g. complex formulas, pivot tables, data modelling). Proven ability to interpret, analyse and present people data to non technical stakeholders. Experience working with HR systems such as Workday and payroll providers. High attention to detail and strong data governance mindset. Experience supporting rewards, benefits or pay reporting. Exposure to multi entity or complex organisational structures.
