HR & Payroll Generalist Dublin Permanent

Our leading global organisation in the climate technology sector is hiring a HR Generalist for their North Dublin site.

This is a standalone HR role supporting approximately 90 employees across corporate functions, with broader payroll responsibility for circa 320 salaried employees in Ireland. You will be the operational lead for end-to-end payroll delivery in partnership with an outsourced provider, while also acting as the go-to HR partner for employees and managers on the ground.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing three-monthly payroll cycles with full accuracy and compliance oversight
  • HR advisory support across the full employee lifecycle - from onboarding to performance and employee relations
  • Maintaining HR systems (Workday/UKG) and supporting benefits administration
  • Contributing to the Swords site leadership team and local people agenda
What we're looking for:
  • HR Generalist experience, ideally in a multinational or matrixed environment
  • Strong knowledge of Irish employment law
  • Experience with outsourced payroll providers (ADP experience and IPASS certification an advantage)
  • High attention to detail, sound independent judgement, and strong stakeholder management skills
