HR & Payroll Coordinator - Payroll & People Ops Pro

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a HR & Payroll Coordinator to deliver a first-class payroll and HR service across Thatcham, Southampton, and Fareham, with primary base in Thatcham. The role involves payroll administration, HR records, onboarding, and employee queries in a busy environment.

You will work 09:00-17:00, Monday to Friday, and travel to other sites as needed. CIPD Level 3 or CIPP progression is desirable alongside strong Excel and MS Office skills.
