Job Description

GXO Logistics, Inc. in Northampton seeks an organised HR & Payroll Coordinator to join the new site. You will support end-to-end HR and payroll activities, maintain employee records, and help implement smooth onboarding and lifecycle processes.

The role is Monday-Friday, 9:00-17:00 (or 8:00-16:00) with flexibility for 24/7 operations in logistics. Benefits include 25 days leave, pension, dental insurance, GP service, life cover and more.
