The OpportunityWe are currently partnering with a forward-thinking education organisation in Bournemouth to recruit an experienced Operations & HR Lead. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping people strategy, driving engagement, and supporting organisational growth within a dynamic and purpose-driven environment.
The RoleAs Operations & HR Lead, you will take ownership of delivering effective and innovative HR solutions that support both staff development and organisational objectives. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will act as a trusted advisor while leading key HR initiatives.
Key responsibilities will include:- Designing and delivering engaging learning and development programmes
- Partnering with senior leaders to drive strategic HR initiatives
- Supporting and improving recruitment and onboarding processes
- Reviewing and enhancing HR policies, practices, and employee experience
- Monitoring and evaluating HR performance metrics, driving continuous improvement
- Promoting a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- Proven experience in a HR Lead / HR Manager or similar position
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong problem-solving capability
- Experience within education (not necessarily at this level, can be previous experience) - essential
- A genuine passion for people development and organisational culture
