Your Position

As HR and Office manager, you will support DESKi in its growth and transformation from an R&D company to an international commercial company.

This role reports directly to the CFO


Your Mission

  • Structure human resources under the supervision of the management team (recruitment, on boarding, follow-up, )
  • Responsible for the well-being and efficiency of all DESKi workers
  • Generate cohesion in an international team with especially international ( US ) employees in full remote
  • Support the management team in the administrative/pre-accounting work
  • Organize office operations and procedures
  • Support on the communication material

Our comprehensive total rewards support you

  • Salary: 35,000€ - 45,000€ annually, depending on experience. May be eligible for equity.
