HR & ER Advisor: Redundancy & Restructuring (8-Week Temp)

Henlee Resourcing is recruiting an interim HR/ER Advisor for an 8-week assignment in Bath. The role focuses on advising on redundancy consultations, supporting managers through the process, and handling your own caseload with independence.

Location is central Bath with limited on-site days, and the rate is £20-£25 per hour plus holiday entitlement. Immediate start preferred for a short-term project in a busy HR environment.
