HR & Change Leader - Local Government Transformation

Newcastle-under-Lyme Borough Council is seeking an experienced People Business Manager to lead the People Team through a period of transformation as local government reorganisation progresses. You will shape workforce planning, organisational development and employee relations while ensuring an outstanding HR service.

Reporting to the Service Director, you will provide strategic and pragmatic people advice, develop policy, and support preparation for and transition through LGR.
