Job Description

GEDU is seeking a data driven HR Analytics Lead to build and mature a global HR analytics function. You will develop data foundations, leverage the new HRIS, and deliver dashboards to support management decisions and Board reporting.

You will enable management with insights, drive standardized data across regions, and support compensation and performance processes with robust analytics.
