HR Advisor (Manufacturing) - Recruit, ER & Engagement

The Compleat Food Group in Ebbw Vale is seeking an ambitious HR Advisor to join our site team. This role is ideal for an HR Assistant or HR Coordinator ready to step into an advisory position, with opportunity to influence recruitment, employee relations and engagement across the workforce.

You will partner with the Site HR Business Partner, lead hourly recruitment, support onboarding, handle ER matters, manage HR data, and help nurture a positive, inclusive factory culture.
