HR Advisor: Generalist, Employee Relations & Change

Essential Employment is seeking an HR Adviser in Chichester for a temporary assignment. The role covers HR generalist support, employee relations casework, and involvement in organisational change including restructures and TUPE.

The successful candidate will work with Senior HR Business Partners and wider HR teams to deliver People Plans and policies within the service area. This is a PAYE role with a pay rate of £18.84 per hour.
