HR Advisor: Frontline Support & Policy Guidance

Universities Superannuation Scheme Limited (USS) is recruiting an HR Advisor to provide professional first-line HR advice to managers and employees. The role supports routine people matters, acts as the bridge between HR Administration and the HR Business Partner team, and ensures policy application and high-quality employee experiences.

You will manage low-complexity ER matters, coordinate probationary reviews, handle flexible working applications, and assist with occupational health referrals.
