Nova Education Trust's Central People Team invites applications for a permanent, full-time HR advisor role based in Nottingham. You will deliver a responsive, high-quality, person-centred service to our 17 academies and their staff.

You will be the trusted first point of contact for day-to-day people queries, offering practical guidance on employment practices and Trust policies while upholding safeguarding standards and DBS checks as required.
