HR Advisor: ER, L&D & Change in Manufacturing

Career Choices Dewis Gyrfa Ltd in Mid-Wales is seeking two HR Advisors for a large, fast-paced manufacturing environment. This permanent, full-time role offers exposure to complex employee relations and organisational change, working closely with operational managers and senior HR colleagues.

You'll support ER, absence management, performance issues, learning and development, and HR projects, with CIPD qualification or progress encouraged.
