HR Advisor: Employee Relations & Onboarding

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a proactive HR Advisor to support our people strategy across the organisation. You will handle employee relations, engagement, induction, and HR reporting in a hands-on role.

The ideal candidate has HR experience and works confidently with HR systems and Microsoft Office. CIPD qualifications are advantageous, and we value discretion, reliability, and strong communication at all levels.
