HR Advisor: Employee Relations & Engagement

Danone is seeking an HR Advisor to provide generalist HR support and robust employee relations across the site. You will liaise with line managers to manage absence, disciplinaries and grievances while maintaining confidentiality and compliant practices.

Key responsibilities include delivering HR inductions, supporting Occupational Health, and promoting employee wellbeing. A CIPD Level 3 (or equivalent) and experience in a fast-paced environment are desirable.
