HR Advisor: Change & Employee Relations

Hitachi Rail UK Limited is seeking an HR Advisor on a fixed-term basis until March 2027. You will join the HR Advisory team, acting as a trusted partner to managers, handling employee relations and supporting change initiatives across UK sites.

The role offers exposure to senior stakeholders within a global matrix organisation, with opportunities to develop expertise in complex ER and large-scale transformation projects. Travel to sites across the UK will be required.
