Job Description

Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital NHS Trust is offering an HR Advisor Apprentice (Band 4 Development Role) based at Stanmore with travel to Bolsover Street. The 2-year fixed-term programme leads to Band 5, through the Level 5 People Professional Apprenticeship, blending practical HR work with structured learning.

You will support managers with employee relations queries, contribute to casework, and help with HR policy understanding, training delivery and data reporting within the People
