HR Advisor & People Operations Partner

Happy Raspberry Ltd in County Fermanagh is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join its HR Team, delivering operational HR support across a workforce of 800+ employees.

You will advise managers, assist with recruitment and onboarding, manage employee relations, ensure compliant HR policies, and maintain accurate HR records and reporting. The role also supports training and Apprentice/Graduate programmes and contributes to HR system implementations.
