HR Advisor

We're Hiring a HR Advisor

A rewarding opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Advisor to join a small but supportive HR team.The incumbent must be able to work within the Trusts operating norms anddemonstratethem at all times.

This role is a consistently busy hands on operational position and will be a mixture ofadvisory support to theLondonschoolsand wider Trust(currentlyDukes Aldridge Academy)along with the HR Partner and hands onproactiveadministrative duties.

The role will be rewarding with many learning opportunities. The successful candidate will be self sufficient with a passion for a proactive approach to Human Resources. This role will be under a growing multi academy trust and will work directly with the HR Partnerand Safer Recruitment Coordinator.

This role will be based on site in North London but may require occasional travel to other academies across the country where necessary.

We are looking for a candidate who will thrive on a challenge and look to develop and grow within the Human Resources Department.

Previousexperience in an administrativeand/or advisory capacity is essential.

CIPD qualification level 5 or above is highly desirable.
