Overview 
Provide professional HR advice and coaching to managers. Support leaders in managing employee relations casework. Promote consistent application of company policies. Assist HR Manager with HR-related training for managers. Maintain accurate HR metrics and reporting. Build relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
Requirements- Proven experience in a similar HR Advisory role
- Ideally CIPD level 3
- Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Practical, solution-focused mindset
