Responsibilities- Act as a trusted first point of contact for managers and employees across retail, warehouse and head office functions.
- Provide practical HR support across the employee lifecycle.
- Manage HR administration and systems.
- Support payroll processes.
- Advise on employee relations matters.
- Assist with recruitment activities.
- Contribute to HR projects, policy development and people-focused initiatives.
- Help turn people data into meaningful insights that support business decision-making.
- Previous HR experience within a retail or fast paced operational environment.
- Strong understanding of employee relations and HR best practice.
- Organised, proactive and approachable professional with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience using HR systems.
- Confidence working with data and reporting.
- Ability to balance commercial realities with people-focused solutions.
- CIPD qualification desirable, although practical HR experience is equally valued.
