Adjacency Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with a long-standing client and well-established Cheltenham business in the recruitment of an experiencedHR Advisor.
Reporting directly to the Head of HR, this is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and confident HR professional to take ownership of HR policy updates and provide first-line advice and support to managers and employees across the business. You will also play a key role in employee relations, performance management, and learning & development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Provide first-line HR advice and guidance to managers and employees
- Maintain accuracy and efficiency across HR and Payroll systems
- Manage Maternity, Paternity, Adoption, and Parental Leave processes
- Produce monthly HR reports as required
- Plan and coordinate the annual Wellbeing Calendar of events
- Support the Head of HR with employee relations investigations, including disciplinary and grievance processes
To be considered, your CV should demonstrate:
- A minimum of 3 years' generalist HR experience
- A solid understanding of current UK employment law
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A proactive, action-oriented approach
- A collaborative mindset and team-focused attitude
