Reporting to the Head of HR, key responsibilities will include:

- Deliver end-to-end recruitment and onboarding support: role scoping, shortlisting, interviewing, offers, induction and security pre-employment checks.
- Prepare contracts, letters and other HR documentation; maintain HR systems and ensure data integrity.
- Administer routine HR operations including leaver processes, exit interviews, pay/benefits admin and changes to contractual terms.
- Advise and coach managers on probation, performance management, development plans and training needs.
- Coordinate training delivery, maintain competence matrices and training records in partnership with SHEQ and department leads.
- Contribute to policy interpretation and updates, support audits and compliance with industry standards and governance frameworks.

- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to maintain confidential records.
- Comfortable using HR systems and HR metrics to inform improvements.
- Clear, effective communicator with an ability to build credibility and influence across the business.
