HR Advisor - Transform Lives with L&D & Wellbeing

Derwen College is seeking an organised HR Advisor to join the People Team on a full-time, permanent basis. You will manage recruitment, onboarding and provide guidance on performance, rewards and ER matters at a residential SEND college.

The role requires CIPD Level 5 and excellent communication, confidentiality, and IT skills. 36.25 hours per week with a Monday-Friday pattern and a professional, supportive environment.
