HR Advisor - Strategic Generalist & Manager Partner

Children's Hospice South West (CHSW) is seeking an HR Advisor to partner with managers, advise on all aspects of the employee lifecycle, and keep our HR processes running smoothly behind the scenes.

You'll work in a visible role, handling casework from absence and wellbeing through to investigations, with ownership of end-to-end recruitment and strong focus on compliance, policy development, and staff wellbeing.
