HR Advisor - Proactive Partner in Education Trust

Aldridge Education is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join a small but supportive HR team. The role mixes advisory support to London schools and the wider Trust with proactive administrative duties, working with the HR Partner and Safer Recruitment Coordinator.

Based on site in North London, occasional travel to other academies across the country may be required. CIPD qualification level 5 or above is highly desirable, and prior experience in an advisory/administrative capacity is essential.
