HR Advisor - Logistics Operations & People Growth

GXO is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our Sherburn-in-Elmet operation. This full-time, permanent role runs Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:00, providing a proactive HR service to manage colleagues across a large shared-user logistics operation.

Working with the HR Manager, you will help deliver the site People Plan, drive employee engagement initiatives and ensure best practice HR support across the full employee lifecycle.
