Hunter Adams is supporting a London based, Energy client on the following interim HR assignment focused on managing a redundancy process from end to end.
We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to support this fast-paced, high-impact project. Ideal for HR professionals with strong consultation, employee relations and organisational change experience.
The RoleYou'll play a key role in the delivery of this redundancy process, including:
- Supporting and attending collective and individual consultation meetings
- Providing guidance and coaching to line managers to ensure consistent messaging and approach
- Working closely with the Senior HR Manager and collaborating with the wider HR team
- Assisting in the scoring and selection process using an established framework
Location: Hybrid, with a requirement to be onsite for consultation meetings
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Initial 4 week contract, covering consultations and selection activity
