HR Adviser: Employee Relations & Compliance Lead

Valley Invicta Academies Trust is seeking a skilled HR Adviser to join its busy HR Team, supporting schools across the Trust in Maidstone.

You will manage employee relations, provide pragmatic advisory support to leaders, navigate employment legislation and help ensure fairness, consistency and compliance across the workforce. The role offers an opportunity to influence and develop a developing HR function.
