We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our HR team and provide comprehensive administrative support across a busy healthcare division. As an integral member of the HR function, you will support a wide range of employee lifecycle activities, ensuring HR processes are completed accurately, compliantly and within strict deadlines. From onboarding new starters to processing contractual changes, you will play an important role in maintaining a positive employee experience.

You will be responsible for managing and maintaining employee records within the HR Information System, supporting payroll processes and ensuring compliance documentation is up to date. Your attention to detail will help ensure the integrity of HR data and the smooth running of key people processes across the business.
