About the Role

We're looking for an organized and customer-focused HR Administrator to join our HR Shared Services team, supporting employees and managers across Ferrero UK & Ireland. As a key member of the team, you'll help deliver a seamless employee experience by providing high-quality HR administration, payroll support and guidance throughout the employee lifecycle. This role offers excellent exposure to a broad range of HR activities, from onboarding and employee changes to payroll administration, reporting and HR systems. Working closely with colleagues across the People & Organisation function, you'll play an important role in ensuring our HR processes run efficiently, accurately and in line with company policies and legal requirements.

Main Responsibilities
  • Act as the key point of contact for employees and managers, supporting a wide range of HR activities throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Prepare contracts, employment letters and HR correspondence.
  • Support onboarding activities for new starters.
  • Administer employee lifecycle changes such as promotions, transfers and leavers.
  • Maintain accurate employee records within SAP HR and associated systems.
  • Work closely with Payroll to ensure employee data and monthly changes are processed accurately and within agreed deadlines.
  • Respond to employee queries through email, phone and ticketing systems, ensuring a positive customer experience and consistent achievement of service level agreements.
  • Contribute to HR reporting, audits, benefits administration, family leave processes, long service awards and continuous improvement initiatives.
About You
  • Organized, detail-oriented and customer-focused.
  • Previous administrative experience, ideally within HR, Payroll or a Shared Services environment.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Problem-solver who builds relationships and supports employees at different stages of their employment journey.
  • Confident communicating with a wide range of stakeholders and able to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Experience working with HR systems, particularly SAP HR.
  • Sound understanding of HR processes and employment administration.
  • Studying towards or interested in further developing a CIPD qualification.
  • Positive attitude, strong organisational skills and genuine passion for delivering an excellent employee experience.
