Job Description
Key Outcomes

Support the HR Team with day to day administrative duties, including HR mailbox management and ensuring data integrity in Workday while administering employee changes. Meet deadlines to ensure critical people processes are met, participate in wider HR team projects, and assist in the successful delivery and implementation of initiatives. Provide general administrative support at meetings, taking and transcribing minutes as required, and respond to day to day HR queries from management and colleagues.

Assist and advise management & staff on company policy queries in line with legislation and act as a point of contact for any other duties that may be required to support the HR team in delivering best practice HR services to employees and managers.

Key Skills & Experiences
  • HR qualification with 3-4 years desired experience.
  • Experience with Workday, TMS or Timepoint is desirable.
  • Strong administration and organisational skills.
  • Proven passion for HR and experience of adding value through progressive HR initiatives.
  • Excellent communication skills with internal and external parties.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multi task.
  • Continuous improvement mindset, looking to constantly improve processes and ways of working.
