About the Role:
HR Administrator (Part-Time) Temporary 6 months
Location: Brackley
Department: Agriculture HR
Hours: 15 hours per week (Monday, Tuesday & Thursday, 09:00 - 14:30)
Salary: £10,452 per annum
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-focused HR Administrator to join our busy Agriculture HR team at our Brackley site.
This is a varied and fast-paced role where you will provide comprehensive and professional HR support across the business, working closely with managers and employees at all levels.
Key Responsibilities- Managing the Agriculture HR shared inbox and escalating queries where required
- Administering weekly and monthly payrolls accurately and within deadlines
- Acting as a first point of contact for payroll queries, resolving or escalating as needed
- Supporting managers with pay records and additional payments in MHR
- Coordinating new starter onboarding, including right-to-work checks and documentation
- Processing absence records and updating payroll and HR systems accordingly
- Liaising with HR Shared Services on employee changes and updates
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and digital files
- Updating case management trackers and producing monthly reports

Essential- Strong administrative, organisational, and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work at pace
- Confident communication skills and ability to work with all levels of staff
- IT literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to handle confidential information appropriately
- Experience working in a busy or similar role
- Previous HR experience
- CIPD qualification or knowledge of employment law
- A team player who can also work independently
- A methodical and proactive approach
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships
- A flexible and adaptable attitude
- A commitment to delivering high standards of work
