Job Description

As HR Administrator, you'll be the backbone of our people operations. You'll ensure every process runs smoothly-from onboarding to offboarding, payroll to policy-creating a seamless employee experience that reflects our values.

With a sharp eye for detail and a passion for people, you'll manage the day-to-day of HR with efficiency, care, and consistency. Your work will help shape a workplace that's organized, compliant, and built for growth.

Build Processes, Enable People
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth experience for all
  • Coordinate payroll, benefits administration, and time off tracking
  • Assist with the preparation of HR documentation, contracts, and compliance reports
  • Be a point of contact for HR queries, providing timely and helpful responses
  • Help implement and improve HR policies and internal processes
  • Support recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, and offer management
  • Ensure adherence to employment laws, internal policies, and GDPR compliance
What You Bring
  • Experience in an HR support or administrative role, ideally in a fast paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with HR systems, payroll processes, and employment legislation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for helping others
  • Comfort working cross functionally and balancing multiple priorities
