Hr Administrator
£28,000 - £34,000 based on experience

This is more than an admin role - you'll be the backbone of HR, keeping our people processes running smoothly while also helping us streamline systems, improve policies and support recruitment. What you'll do
Keep employee records and systems accurate and up to date
Support recruitment, onboarding and offboarding
Be the first point of contact for HR queries
Improve processes, policies and compliance
Get involved in engagement, wellbeing and other HR projects
What you'll need
2-3 years' HR admin experience
CIPD Level 3 (or working towards)
Highly organised, detail-focused and confident with confidential info
Strong communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
Confident using Microsoft 365 applications
Ambition to step into an HR Manager role in the future
A love for streamlining systems and processes
Desirable but not essential
Knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
Experience supporting employee relations cases or note-taking in meetings
Previous involvement in HR projects (e.g. engagement, wellbeing, policy rollouts)
