HR Administrator - Grow in People Operations (Office-Based)

Virtual Hire Staffing is seeking an HR Administrator to support its people operations from the Northampton area. The role is office-based at Moulton Park with a salary around £28,000 per annum and typical hours from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

You will coordinate payroll information, employee records, inductions, training and benefits while handling sensitive information with care. A strong organisational mindset and clear communication are essential.
