Are you an experienced HR Administrator looking for your next opportunity?

Regional Recruitment are recruiting for an HR Administrator to join a well-established organisation based in Stansted. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous HR administration experience who can take ownership of day-to-day HR support and recruitment activity within a fast-paced working environment.

Essential:
  • Previous experience within an HR administration or similar HR role
  • Good understanding of basic HR processes and employment practices
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
  • Quick learner with a proactive approach
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Good IT and HR systems experience
Desirable:
  • CIPD Level 3 or Level 5 qualification, HR-related degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience using HR systems
  • Previous experience supporting recruitment and onboarding
  • Basic understanding of UK employment law
  • Experience working within a fast-paced organisation
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Manage the HR inbox and respond to low-level day-to-day HR queries.
  • Manage the careers inbox and support recruitment activity.
  • Assist with recruitment processes, including reviewing applications and coordinating interviews.
  • Support the onboarding and offboarding of employees.
  • Update and maintain employee information on the HR system.
  • Prepare HR documents, letters and other relevant paperwork.
  • Assist with internal HR announcements and employee communications.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Provide general administrative support across the HR function.
  • Support the HR team with day-to-day processes and queries.
  • Assist with other HR projects and administrative duties as required.
