Housing Team Lead - Inclusive Tenancy & Community Impact

Papworth Trust is seeking a capable Housing Services Manager to lead the frontline Housing Management Team, ensuring residents receive effective support, building sustainable tenancies, and delivering value for money across services.

Role is fixed-term until November 2027, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. You will collaborate with residents, local authorities and partner organisations, with safeguarding under DBS checks.
