Housing Sustainment Coach

Rhema Social Impact is seeking a Housing Sustainment Officer to manage a caseload across an allocated portfolio and work with residents to sustain their homes. You will develop Personal Development Plans, monitor progress and coordinate support from care providers as needed.

This full-time permanent role requires travel across an allocated patch, strong communication, and a commitment to residents' safety, dignity and independence.
