Housing Support Practitioner - 1:1 In-Home Help

Turning Point Scotland in Perthshire is seeking a Support Practitioner to provide person-centred support to adults in their own homes, helping them build skills for independent living and tenancy sustainment. The role covers 37-40 hours across full- or part-time arrangements.

You will work with individuals on a 1:1 basis or with others as part of a team, guided by outcomes-focused planning. Comprehensive training is provided, with emphasis on compassion, inclusion and integrity.
