Housing Support & Safeguarding Officer

Salix Homes is seeking a Customer Support Officer to join our new Customer Support team in Salford. You will advocate for vulnerable customers and deliver intensive housing management support to tenants referred to the service.

You will work with external partners to provide holistic, outcomes-focused support, manage a varied caseload, and develop risk-based plans while safeguarding relevant individuals in the community.
