Housing Strategy & Customer Care Apprentice

Medway Council is offering a Housing Strategy and Customer Relations Apprenticeship. You will join a busy housing team to assist in delivering services to customers and support the Housing Services Strategy and Partnerships team, including helping run the homeless forum and consultation events.

The two year programme combines real work experience with learning, including minute taking, data collection, FOI responses, and administration.
