Housing Repairs & Compliance Lead

Enfield Council is seeking an experienced Repairs Manager to lead the delivery of housing repairs, disrepair management, damp and mould remediation, and compliance activity across its housing portfolio.

Reporting into the Property Services team, you will manage contractors, drive compliance with housing legislation and Awaab's Law, and oversee responsive repairs with a focus on high-quality service delivery.
