Your new role
As a project specialist with Curo, you will ensure that projects for improvement and investment works on housing stock are delivered on-time, with strong leadership, within budget constraints and against quality standards.
- Deliver professional surveying, design, and contract administration services, ensuring that refurbishment projects meet quality standards.
- Deliver an excellent contract management approach to service delivery, including principal design, specification, and delivery of new projects.
- Provides effective programme forecasting, progress monitoring, and cost management.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in this position, you will:
- Hold a relevant professional qualification (degree, HND, HNC etc.).
- Evidence experience of carrying out detailed design work for the refurbishment of buildings.
- Have a detailed understanding of managing health and safety within properties, including management of CDM.
- Demonstrate commercial acumen, business awareness, and strong negotiation skills.
